Salman bin Mohammed: His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad’s Visit to the National Cyber Drill Highlights His Highness’s Support for the Participating National Talents
Sheikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, CEO of the National Cyber Security Center (NCSC), expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor, Commander of Bahrain’s Royal Guard, and Secretary General of the Supreme Defense Council, for his special visit to the national cyber drill, held under His Highness’s patronage and organized by the NCSC.
Sheikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa also affirmed that this drill represents the direct implementation of the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, with continuous support from the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and under the direct supervision of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor, Commander of Bahrain’s Royal Guard, and Secretary General of the Supreme Defense Council. The drill aims to enhance national readiness in the field of cybersecurity and to confront rapidly evolving digital challenges.
His Highness’s visit was described as a powerful show of support for the Kingdom’s national talents. During the third day of the drill, His Highness observed the teams’ performance, the protocols for responding to cyber incidents, and the level of technical and organizational coordination between the NCSC and participating entities.
