The NCSC Concludes the Cybersecurity Awareness Plan for the Year 2025 in Collaboration with the Labour Market Regulatory Authority
The National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) concluded its cyber awareness plan for the year 2025, in collaboration with the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA). This national initiative was designed to enhance cybersecurity awareness among specialists at all job levels across all sectors.
In attendance were approximately 90 employees, ranging from executives to administrative and technical staff. The session focused on cybersecurity awareness content specifically tailored to the participants’ job roles, aiming to enhance their capability to address cybersecurity challenges effectively.
Directorates from the NCSC conducted several sessions and workshops, emphasizing awareness of cybersecurity concepts and protection mechanisms against cyberattacks. In addition, the sessions included a presentation of the most prominent examples of contemporary cyber threats, best practices for safeguarding systems, devices, and networks within the workplace, and reinforced the importance of preserving national security in the digital space.
This plan is part of the NCSC’s efforts to strengthen institutional capabilities in addressing evolving cyber threats. It also aims to cultivate employees’ security awareness in line with the advancements in the digital space. Together, these initiatives contribute to achieving the highest levels of cybersecurity readiness in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
