National Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign “ Cyber Aware Bahrain “
Overview
The National Cyber Security Center launches the fourth edition of “Cyber Aware Bahrain” in conjunction with Global Cybersecurity Awareness Month, reaffirming the Kingdom’s commitment to a progressive and sustainable national cybersecurity culture.
“Stop. Think. Secure.” is the campaign’s guiding message to all employees, students, parents, NGO members, and people with special needs, emphasizing that every individual plays a vital role in protecting themselves and contributing to national security.
This year marks a cyber maturity milestone, as the campaign engineers its awareness messages into two categories: Safe Behaviours: Shaping digital culture and safe habits, Best Practices: Reinforcing actionable steps for protection
By applying Human Factors in Cybersecurity (HFCS), the campaign transforms these messages and best practices into practical, daily behaviours. These behaviours collectively aim to enhance national cyber resilience and reinforce Bahrain’s position as a proactive participant in global cybersecurity efforts.
